This is a great item to have, especially for those long car rides. My son loves the music it plays and the colorful animals. I love that I can see what he’s doing while I’m driving. Unfortunately this mirror is designed for cars with headrests that detach. My dodge doesn’t have them. There is another option for the middle of the backseat where there is no headrest, but the carseat won’t fit there. We were able to do a similar mounting technique though so the mirror is slightly angled off to the side of the back headrest. It still works great this way. Overall it’s a great product.

Mirror is not big enough to be seen from rear view mirror with rear facing carseat. No remote to operate music and an infant can’t push the button to turn it on. Makes no sense. Pretty useless.

This mirror is easy to mount and certainly provides the right distraction for my 3.5 month year old who hates his rear-facing car seat and cries in the car. However, after about 5 uses, the music seems to have “broken”, in the sense that I will set the timer for 20 minutes and it will only play music for 1 minute. Maybe I have to change the battery? Not sure why this has happened…perhaps I should call up Fisher Price for a replacement.

My 4 month old LOVES this mirror. A God-send for a baby who doesn’t cry until she’s in her car seat. My only complaint is that is sticks up kind of high and blocks a little bit of my rear view. I’ve gotten used to it but I wish they could have made it drop down lower on the seat.

This mirror was great when my sons car seat faced backward. I don’t use it anymore now that he faces forward but I loved being able to look at him and see what he was doing.
